Five Day Ganesha Festival Sept 3,4,5, 6 & 7
The entire five day program can be sponsored for $101 or Saturday or Sunday program can be sponsored individually for $51 for each day. Devotees can also sponsor 5 lb clay Ganesha for $51. They may take clay Ganesha home, decorate and pray to before they bring them to the Temple on Sunday for the final pooja, Rathotsava and visarjan. You can also opt to have the clay Ganeshas decorated by volunteers and have it be part of the poojas conducted at the Temple. Only Temple sourced clay Ganeshas are accepted for Temple poojas, Rathotsava and visarjan. Last year, we found store purchased Ganeshas were not suitable for visarajan (not bio compatible).
Five foot high (sitting) Ganesha made of plaster will take center stage during the festival.
